Always way too busy and other customers always too cranky. But prices are great if you're into fighting crowds

Prices are good. Quality clothing is nice. Customer service is good.

If I could rate less than one star I would. I love Ross but never am shopping this store again. Cashier was super rude, charged me twice for one of the items and I didn’t realize until I was home. Called and talked to the store manager Ashley, who said they need to physically see my receipt and then pull up a video to ensure I’m not lying about being charged twice for a 14.99 little girls dress. Never ever in my life am I shopping here again. There are PLENTY of other businesses that I will happily spend my money.

Love this store. They have great variety of items and the prices are fair. Quality of products are excellent also
