The worst! Accused me of swapping tags though I had receipts for all my merchandise. Gracie the manager saw what I had paid for and was more humane. I will travel downtown to H&M where they treat people with money to spend with respect. ud83dudc4eud83dude21ud83eudd2c i had to choose one star. They deserve none.
Very kind staff! Although while checking out we had some issues with our card going through. Fortunately, the lady was very nice and patient with us and the card reader. We did have to use another card in order to purchase, so maybe always bring a backup form of payment. She told us it happens a lot so hopefully it's replaced. Overall, good experience, kind staff, and great deals!
Always have great clothing selections at a great price range. Never leave out disappointed.

The 5 stars are only for the amazing team of sales associates at this location, along with two of the managers Cynthia and Danny. Also shoutout to Megan for enforcing Covid policies and keeping employees safer during this pandemic.
