The manager, Nicole, was extremely rude. She doesn’t know how to greet nor speak to customers. I’ll never come back to this location. I had to leave my items at the register.

Where do I begin. I would just like to say that I have just received THE BEST a customer service E V E R thanks to Raven. Raven was a bit busy as there was a rush in the store and she seemed to be the only associate helping customers out. No matter how busy she was she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure everything was perfect. She truly cares about customer service. THANK YOU RAVEN!!!!!!!
Great service. Lexus was a great help in finding what I needed (and even tied the shoes for me!)nBusy on Saturday but the staff handled the customer load just fine.
This was my first time in this store and I will never go back again. The cashier had a nasty attitude the entire time my mother and I were in the store. The cashier was rude to us because we refused to buy shoes that was on display because one shoe looked worn than the other, she then proceeds to raise her voice viciously as we were leaving the store. Customer service skills were lacking. She was a short African American women that dressed masculine, she needs to find better ways to converse with customers and keep her personal issues amongst herself.
