Customer service was non existent. Asked a employee about a crib . She had zero knowledge about them. Told me she would send over a associate to assist us. They never came. Word of advice. Pay a little more attention to customers that come in planning to spend thousands of dollars at your establishment.
I like buy buy baby. The staff are very nice and helpful. A large variety of items for babies (emphasis on baby), but the clothes only go up to 24 months, and that size is very limited. No toddler sizes. No size 6 or higher in shoes from what we found.ud83eudd37ud83cudffd♀ufe0fud83dude05 No biggie now I know lol.
Honestly 1 star. Horrible place. Horrible wait times. Ongoing issues for over 2 months. If you can avoid this retailer please do... I can list all the details but I spent enough time waiting and dealing with BS that I'm just going to say avoid this place.
I went into the store the other day looking for a crib for my son and a employee by the name of Kyle working in the baby crib section helped out without any hesitation and gave great customer service!!
Shaleeka was incredibly helpful when it came to buying our new baby stroller. She was so knowledgeable and nice! Cant say enough about the customer service experience we had at this location.
