The manager has her head in the clouds. She’s a despicable person and treats even healthcare workers with a lack of respect that is disgusting. My wife had paid some money as a down payment, not even started a dress, had a death in the family and needed to move wedding and they refused to refund anything. Let me restate, the dress had not been made yet.nnShe has no idea how to run a business and our far reaching influence surely has and will cost money in the future.nnDr. Edward Kanive

My Bridal attendent was the Best, knowledgeable, accommodating. I had so much fun. See Mata.... Amazing!!!! Joanne the mgr was so nice and hepful.

This boutique has an advantage over others. We visited several bridal shops but none compared to the personal attention from the staff and gown selection. Definitely recommend.

I was told when I purchased my dress 10 months prior that I'd have it 3 months before my wedding. I called 3 months prior to the wedding and was told that the dress would arrive 6 weeks prior to the date. I called 6 weeks prior and was told to call back closer to the date. I asked to speak to the manager and did not hear back.nIt took me a number of days, likely because I am a nurse working long shifts on a covid unit, but when I called back again I demanded to know where my dress was. The following day I was told they would expedite my dress.nBy this time I had already found a back-up and had it altered. My wedding was out of state and thus I needed alterations completed 1 week prior to my wedding date. Despite explaining all of this to numerous employees, I was denied any return option and they told me to be accommodating because of covid... the audacity.nI had multiple friends get married this last year and I was the only one who ran into issues with acquiring my wedding dress. To say I was disappointed with House of Brides is an understatement. I will steer every bride I know far from this place.nSide note: when my husband called after our wedding to try to negotiate with the customer service representative, she said she couldn't talk to him any further because it was almost the end of her shift. That alone tells you the sort of care you receive at House of Brides.

Overall the staff was great. My dress turned out exactly the way I wanted it. BUT they charged me an extra $150 to take the train off the dress ultimately being $700 in alterations on top of the cost of my dress. Picked it up today and they wanted to charge me for the bridal bag?!?! The white bag to take the dress home in... Instead of letting me bring it home in just the plastic. Apparently it’s a corporate thing... not the best way to treat paying clients. Insane to me.
