We were in twice in the last 30 days and were assisted by Sarah. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She did both foot measurements and mapping to determine any issues, then advised the correct shoes and insoles. I was having problems with calluses on my left foot. She advised me to consider a less cushioned shoe, which has solved the problem. I highly recommend this store and Sarah for any of your shoe fitting questions.

Fantastic experience! I bought shoes from Janine who is very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. I went on a 4 mile walk in my new shoes today, and I feel fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to buy an excellent pair of shoes.
While polite, the clerk asked me, a healthy adult, to wait outside until customers in the store left as I do not cover my face. I did wait and again the clerk was polite and assisted me with my purchase after the store emptied of other customers. The store is comfortable and has pleasant decor.
Great store for shows ever. My wife and I have buying our shoes at this store for years. Sarah is the best owner in the New Balance family.
