They are not consistent with their open bowl rules and the guy who covers the front desk lacks customer we service skillIs. Called Saturday, was told open bowl starts at 8:30 p.m only to get there with my daughter and was told it starts at 10:30. Called Sunday to take her bowling and was told open bowl started at 5:30 and no reservations were needed. Arrived at the bowling alley, to be poorly greeted and was told I need to add my name on a list. I thought reservations weren’t needed?! Be consistent and inform your staff so you don’t waste people gas and time!
Had a good time with my family. Had to wait pretty long for our food. But the food was good.
This was my first time here and because of the server who delivered our food to our table it wasn’t a very pleasant one. When she arrived I noticed the tables had not been wiped off prior to the delivery of food. So I decided to wipe them down myself with hand sanitizer napkins. The server refused to allow me to do so. She stated she could not leave her tray and kept trying to empty the tray on the very same table i was trying to wipe down. I informed her to leave the tray instead of unloading it. She didn’t want to leave it and didn’t want to allow me to wipe it off. she was rude ans all of my guest took notice to her response. I was able to quickly wipe down the table and then she sort of tossed the food down on the table with attitude.
Well run bowling center friendly staff decent food.
Had a great time for a birthday party. The staff was friendly. Bar tender was awesome and prices were very reasonable.
