Sky Zone Trampoline Park

My girlfriend and I were excited to come here with her little brother. We expected it to be busy today on a Saturday, so we bought our tickets and signed the waivers online. We arrived in advance to our jump time at 6:30, stood in the express line for an hour, and ended up having to pay extra for shirts to participate in their Blackout event to make up for the original hour and a half jump time we spent waiting in line. No organization... What is the point of buying online tickets for a specified time if I still have to wait in line for an hour? The regular line was moving faster than the express line! On top of that, the lockers were both not working, so I had no way to even store my items. But LUKE stepped in, tried to help, and he ended up helping us with a full refund since we were just fed up. No one who buys an online ticket should be waiting to jump for over an hour. Thank you Luke for at least giving us our money back. Not coming here again. Figure these lines out please. We were not the only ones with this issue.nnUPDATE:nAS OF MARCH 1st, THIS PLACE HAS HAD ITS BUSINESS LICENSE REVOKED. RIGHTFULLY SO!

This is usually a pretty fun place but unfortunately they didn't tell us the 2 courts for the Dodgeball will be out for maintenance. We would have definitely went to another location. That's our most favorite thing to do in sky zone. But they were cool and gave us an additional hour to come back at another time...

It’s really surprising how quickly they let this place go. Multiple things ripped, not working properly, closed for maintenance. Shouldn’t charge full price if the place is this broke down.

My kids had a great time. It was nice that it wasn’t very busy. There were 20 people at the most while we were there. Everyone wore masks and the workers were sanitizing often. I’m glad we went.

I haven’t been here in about a year but it’s horrible. Half of the place was not working (wall, both dodge ball courts, foam zone and 1 of the challenge course). Yet the still want full price. Not being fully operational should be listed on the site and offer customers half price until it is fully functional. The upstairs is closed which means only a few tables are available to sit and have a snack or drink. This is unacceptable. I will not return.
