The teachers are not helpful and the kids are rude. The homework amount is absurd. My sister who was in first grade would spend THREE HOURS A DAY on homework, which is the same amount of time that a HIGH SCHOOLER spends on homework. They barely spent any time trying to make her get better and when we put her in public school, her reading level increased within weeks and now she is able to read at a higher level than most kids in her grade.

I have 2 daughters studying at Al Huda Academy, and I am totally satisfied, the teachers are professional, strong admin. I would highly recommend this school.

Being a father of a 4 year old, I am very picky and very careful while making some crucial decisions for my young one. And choosing the right Islamic school was definitely one of those. I have screened few Islamic schools in my area and fortunately Al-Huda did perfectly fit the bill. I am very happy and at peace sending my daughter to this school knowing that the school’s management and staff are working above and beyond not only to provide the best and most competitive education available for the kids out there, but also to provide the safest and most productive environment at the same time.nEven when I go to pick my daughter up, I am impressed to see how the staff members/teachers organize the dismissal with the number card verification and getting all the cars in line etc. It takes a lot of planning, execution, monitoring and above all, patience. I know how big of a problem desi people can be especially, when they are spending their money on something and once they get a tiny bit (false) sense of superiority knowing that they are actually paying for school, they can be a total jerk about it. I am glad to see how professionally the team has tackled such situations in the past and constantly improving by the minute.nI had a long detailed discussion with the principal and once I got to know their plans for implementing much stricter controls on identity verification of visitors and enhanced (beefed up) surveillance system, it assured me that the school is definitely a safe place for my child.nAlso, it would be unfair not to mention their new initiatives in regards to advanced studies. One of the great example is the S.T.E.M program that the school has introduced recently. In fact, the school has dedicated an entire portion of the facility for the S.T.E.M lab with many new fun-filled activities for the little minds to be creative, curious and thus prosper in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (S.T.E.M).nAll in all, it is a fantastic place for my little one. I can be at peace knowing that my little daughter is safe, learning, having fun and getting prepared for her future in a very Islamic and religious environment.nnTHANK YOU AL-HUDA ACADEMY

This school is horrible. The teachers are not well trained and are not able to help students. My sister was in first grade and the amount of homework was ridiculous. The fees are high and they lack resources. If you value your kids education and happiness you will not send them to this school.
