Julie did an AMAZING job! We finally decided to get our son’s first haircut and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My SO is staying here while on active duty orders, but we would not hesitate two drive the two hours from our hometown to have Julie cut his hair again!
We had an appointment for our 2 boys for a haircut at 4.00 pm. It was a back to back appointment and we reached 5 minutes late and we were rudely told that they could only accommodate one of the kids! The issue was that one of the staff member was rude and totally unprofessional. We understand that they may be busy but this is no way to treat a regular and loyal customer. They have lost my business for good and I would rather go to another place where they value customer service.
I understand children over two have to keep their mask on throughout the entire haircut. But when the stylist is continuously brushing the mask off, then threatening to stop the haircut, it’s a little annoying. My son was doing fine keeping his mask on until the stylist kept brushing it off. It’s unprofessional when it’s the stylist fault the mask fell off in the first place. Yet we’re being threatened to be kick out. We’ve been coming here for two years. Usually it’s great, won’t be returning after today. $30 for an incomplete hair is not acceptable.
Ms Anne was So awesome. Our 2.5 yo cried so much and vomitted the last two cuts it was traumatic for onlookers let alone us... However, even though he was still super nervous, Ms Anne was able to get the job done with minimal tears with the way she engaged with him. Best of all, the cut turned out super cute. Thanks so much!
Very quick, we were out in less than 15 mins for my daughter's haircut. Being her first haircut, they gave us a cute certificate with a lock of her hair and a picture. Adorable! Cute little place with tons of toys and accessories to grab on the way out.
