Requested Standard maintenance plus replacing/evaluating a headlight. It's been out and only works while the brights are on. The techs returned the car to my wife and said the headlights work fine and didn't replace it. When she got home, I turned on the car and clear as day, the headlight still was not functioning unless you turn on the brights...
I was very happy with the service and the people taking car of my visit. Very polite. The tech was very polite as he explained why my backup camera can't be used at night. I was surprised that Honda would use a radio console like that works great in the daylight overall I was satisfied with the service
They were able to get the car I wanted that they did not have in inventory in 1/2 a day. Friendly staff and really quick! There was no waiting around the dealership all day and they gave me the total cost with taxes and fees upfront with no sleazy salesman pitch. Best experience I’ve had in a long time at a dealership! Hopefully I won’t be back any time soon but when I will need another car I’ll know where to go!
Kris at Stirling Honda was very helpful throughout the whole process! When one way didn’t work, he made sure he found a way for us to leave with the car we wanted. I’m very grateful for him and the finance manager. Thanks for all your guy’s help! I appreciate it a bunch!
They were all very nice caring and wanting to help do anything they can to help you, Niles was a very good guy to work with very polite and a very young gentleman. I am so happy with my car. There’s not a whole lot to say except Honda Sterling is a great place to go to they treat you very good
