It takes A LOT for me to leave a one star review. I took my 2011 Subaru Outback to this dealership to get a diagnostic test because we were experiencing a certain issue with our car. They called me and said they found the part needing replacement and assured me it would fix the issue at a cost of $3,000. I get a call the next day saying it didn’t fix the issue and we would have to pay another $1,300 for another part. I came to pick my car up and after paying them $3,000 now have a car that has more issues and more lights on. I asked them to make it right and they were not very helpful. They sent me to the sales department and offered to take my car and give us $500 off our $3,000 bill. Which would have left me leaving without a vehicle and and a $2,500 bill. I said no thank you and paid the full $3,000 and took my car. I have always believed in the Subaru brand until this experience.
