Bought a 2008 Ford F-150 thank God we bought the warranty. These guys are friendly, but they know absolutely nothing about the vehicles they are selling. They buy them from auctions. It’s tough getting a call back if you are making a appointment to get your truck worked on, you have to keep bugging them. Nice people but would not buy another vehicle again from them, too much maintenance buying high mileage vehicles.
Me and my husband's experience here at USA AUTOS was great. They took great care of my family. Scott and Derick were very professional efficient and got us financed. The process ran smoothly and they were very family orientated.
Better than some of the other dealerships i have dealt with. No pressure, no bait and switch, no games. Financing was fast and easy. I would do business with them again.
