Absolutely amazing customer service

Unexpected Repair CostsnWhile my 4k repair bill wasn't something I was expecting, it was necessary. The staff was pleasant and understanding. They seemed to be thorough and completed the repair faster than the estimated time. Nice smaller dealership.

Purchased a new 2015 dodge dart, have had several major issues. A computer module glitch that made the vehicle stop working completely, the resulting repair in which the technician broke my door control and blamed it on me, and now a known issue with the master cylinders which the dealership won't repair. There is a class action lawsuit regarding the master cylinder of the 2015 dart, but they will not even assist with the cost of the repair despite the known nature of the problem.nnAs a 'favor', the gentleman working in the service department offered to comp my oil change, which was already included free for my vehicle. Then, despite having the car for nearly a week, he didn't even do it. I am having my car towed from the lot independently because McCords will not help even that far. This is the single worst customer experience i have ever encountered, regardless of industry, barring absolutely none.nnI have found the service department to be disrespectful, ignoring my preferred form of address multiple times and only correcting the behavior following a call to mopar. I requested a copy of the service record of my vehicle and received no records and absolutely no follow up from the repair shop. I have left several voicemail with the office manager requesting follow up and have been ignored.nnThis was my first new car purchase, the car is still beneath 50,000 miles and it doesn't work because of a known issue. I thought buying a new car was supposed to come with some protection, but I see no benefit at all to having bought a new car. The service is expensive and dehumanizing, and the car isn't even reliable.nnMy family, over the last several years, has purchased at least 3 vehicles from McCord Dodge. This is stunning to us all, and absolutely changes our plans for future purchases.

No pressure sales force made this a great car buying experience. Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely shop there again!
