The absolute WORST Walgreens in the NW Suburbs. Prescriptions are always delayed. The wait times in the store and in the drive-thru are RIDICULOUS. They always have staff standing around. This place is a JOKE.
Give credit were credit is due.nI had uploaded a very important and time sensitive family photo online on the morning of 10/22/19. The photo was important as it was needed to complete a Family tribute to our Grandmother who had just passed.nnThe photo was ready for pick for pick up in less than a half hour. When I got there, prior to paying I checked out the picture only to to see that half of one of the Family members was cut out of the picture. This is where the five star customer service came in... Cassandra asked if I had the pic on my phone, I did so, her and Emily went at it working together to get the picture cropped properly and reprinted in less than 15 minutes. Keep up the great service Ladies... retail issues can be tough but, you handled it perfect... Thank you!
This Walgreens pharmacy is awful. Do not use if you like quality service.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They always ask if you have any questions for the pharmacist.
Pharmacy sucks. Horrible hours and long lines. Any other Walgreens I have visited is so much better.
