Consistently good , but awful packaging for delivery makes the pizza soggy and wet compared to crispy and crunchy when you dine in. Please design a new method for delivering the pizzas . The moisture needs to vent or it just makes the whole pizza wet. Either upgrade to cardboard boxes or poke some holes in the foil and packaging so the moisture can vent
Its predominantly a thin crust kind of pizza and the breadsticks remind me of soft pretzels. Would recommend but their pizza is vastly different from other pizzas to the point where I would say that when I'm in the mood for Monical's pizza I'm not just in the mood for pizza. Its got to be specifically Monical's. On the other side of that argument, if I'm in the mood for pizza in general I might not want Monical's. Overall would recommend.

This was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. As a truck driver picking up a load down the street from Monical’s; I was able to call for a delivery fast and hot pizza is available ❤ufe0f
