Wow it’s no surprise to see that this gym has all 5 star reviews. I just think it’s the perfect place to go. I consider myself an athlete but not anything over body weight. I legit use a light barbell (girl barbell) all the time in there and no one has ever given me grief. It’s almost crazy the culture of this place is so cool. Yes competition exists but it’s balanced out with support and stoke coming from the amazing coaches. Ryan and Suz do such a great job. It’s really a hidden gem. If you’re looking for a place to get your butt in gear and do it safely in a gym that has a good vibe... try this one out!
UAC has the BEST owners EVER! They are so kind! I don't even live in Cache Valley but when I visit town I am sure to hit up UAC! They have a great facility.
I am sad that I am moving to Colorado because I will not be able to find a guym this great. They do not charge enough money for the experiance that they provide. I felt that the coaches were really motivation and there to help me learn. They provide such a possitive expreance and will help you reach your goals. I would highly recomend this UAC Fit to everyone!

Great environment with great people! Coaches know what they are doing and make sure you are doing everything right so no injuries occur. Best workouts I have ever done. SO much better then just going to the local gym! Large floor so its never crowded. Great, well maintained equipment. Clean! Come and join the family!
