Pizza was stuck to the box but we got it out it was good
Ordered online for a curbside pick-up, but I had to wait there for a while. They said my order would ready by 9:15, but I didn’t get my order until 9:30. The pizza is good though.
I’m from Ohio and this place was referred to me. Worse pizza and customer service I’ve ever experienced. I waited for 2 hours before it was delivered. The pizza was disgusting and they never apologized for the delayed service. It took me eleven attempts to get someone on the phone and when I did, I was told they didn’t have my order. I was charged $33 for something that was awful. I’ll never recommend this gross place.
The person at the counter was VERY rude! We had to go back to counter several times for different things...cups, plates, napkins, bowls for salad. When I would approach the counter she would deliberately turn around and make and say gestures as if I was annoying her. ( OH MY GOD!!) We ordered 2 pizzas and it took 15 min to get the second pizza. Was not busy. Us and 1 other table. Would be a very nice place if had different and friendly greaters at their counter. Pizza was very good!
I'm a loyal customer of Imos they have definitely step they game back up thanks imos I appreciate the effort and the time you take on my orders.
