Hit or miss at this location, sometimes you get good service other times it's down right pathetic how bad the service is here. I rather make my own smoothies
I went to smoothie king right after my workout 2 wks ago which was about 6:45pm. They told me they were closed.. the hours on the door said they close at 9pm, so after some questioning, they decided to let me in to order. I ordered my smoothie and on the way home was sipping it but I noticed there was something hard in my mouth and it was metal shavings.. I took another sip and another one! They probably don’t clean their blenders correctly. The worst part about this is that I called customer service the day after it happened and they did nothing. They said they would email me and now after 2 wks.. no email. It seems like this company doesn’t really care about its consumers.
I don’t think I will frequent this location anymore. Customer service used to be awesome. Now the people that they have taking orders are dry and unpleasant. I value customer experience more than anything. I hope this improves.
I’m really disappointed with this location. I tried to get a smoothie before work so I went to this location around 7am, however it was still dark inside so I decided to wait. I saw two workers walking in around 7:15-7:20. I tried to give them time to get everything together but at this point it’s 7:30 and the man told me they open later on Mondays. I checked the hours on the website and Google and found nothing about time changes. So I didn’t get my smoothie ud83dude44 because I had to make it to work on time. Very upsetting!
