The quality of their work is superb but their customer service needs improvement. Two employees both working with customers. I walk in, they both look, neither speak or give any acknowledgement. I stand there 20 minutes. Another customer comes in. They are still with those same 2 customers. Waits 5 minutes then walks to the counter, interrupts them with what she wants. They wait on her and she leaves. So yep, I walk up to the counter, tell them what I want. They give it to me and I leave. Acknowledging customers entering is right. Being able to interrupt staff while working with others is bad. Can someone fix this?
Great experience. Professional, helpful, and creative. The environment is friendly, enjoyed the music while I waited. Highly recommend
