I just went here yesterday, and although their merch was nice, their staff was extremely rude. I was in there no longer than 10 minutes and I was followed through the entire store by several employees that were obviously side-eyeing me thinking I was going to steal. Literally at least 5 of them came up to me 'asking if I needed assistance' every 30 seconds but it was apparent by their tone and demeanor that they were only thinking I was trying to steal. I felt harassed honestly.nI still purchased two items, but even when I asked someone to check me out the employee rolled his eyes at me and seemed deeply bothered by the fact that I wanted to purchase something.
Associates were very knowledgeable regarding products and where to find them. And there are a lot of items! Clerk ringing up my items was efficient and friendly. Will be back!
As a Southside Chicago fan - take my review with a grain of salt - because you know we can’t be trusted... This store is 100% AWESOME! We were there early in the morning, and all 3 of the people working came over to ask us if we needed anything. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name (I’m thinking Jim???), but he gave me a brief history lesson on the stadium and the Cards. Somehow, we walked out with close to $400 worth of Cardinals’ gear!
The store associates were extremely helpful. You want Cardinals gear, this is where you go.
The store is full of the best team in baseball's gear!!!
