Walked in for a routine order for two pizzas. I was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait so I went back out to my car instead of waiting inside. A little over 5 minutes after I stepped out one of the employees brought my order out to me. I was really impressed with the level of customer service and applaud them for going above and beyond.
I always have a good experience with this store. When I use their app, there is no problem. I would recommend using this store.
This Little Ceasar's is great! The pizza is always so hot and fresh!
Staff failed to acknowledge customers waiting inside the lobby, drive through was backed up to the highway. Staff were not wearing masks properly and did not wear gloves.
I’ve been waiting longer then an hour in line for 1 pepperoni pizza. Idk if it’s understaffed or poorly managed but I would have already left if they didn’t already take my money. They should be embarrassed & shouldn’t leave there employees out to dry if being understaffed is the issue. I wish I couldn’t even give this place a star
