I have been a long time customer at this location since I work down the street and don’t like fast food. I’d say myself and others at work order here about 3 times a week. Ever since management changed last year service has gone down hill. I’d say 2/3 of every order I place is missing half of the items. When called they say the will bring and never do. Once or twice wouldn’t be an issue. But missing out on items I pay for is wasting my money. I was told months ago by management they would be more diligent. But have yet to see changes.

This review will likely be dated after a certain point. However, it's relevant now. I ordered a sandwich combo and left a $5 tip on a $10 combo because I understand what it must be like to be in food service during a pandemic.nnThe food went out for delivery, and arrived very quickly. The food was also delicious. However, the delivery drive was unmasked.nnYou're delivering food from door to door. There is a non-zero number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in this county. People are dying, whether you know them or not. You have a basic civic responsibility to care for the people you serve, regardless of if you care about your own health.nnI answered the door with a mask on. I didn't know your age, health, etc... I wore that mask as much for you as I did for myself.nnI hope that this was an example of of one irresponsible delivery driver, and not a reflection of this restaurant. However, I will hesitate to order from this Jimmy John's again until the public health situation is better.

Sandwiches are always messy or missing ingredients and they can’t follow delivery instructions. Used to be better, I’m not sure what changed. Also, they’re very slow. Usually takes 45 minutes to an hour for a one sandwich order.

Used the app to order ahead. Arrived ten minutes later. Ten minutes after arriving the food was finally ready. Possibly an app issue, but this is the only location I’ve experienced this.

I am a regular customer (im ashamed to say how regular). I usually have no problems ...had a hiccup this week and HANNAH the assistant store manager ..single handeledly FIXED the problem.nnTHIS IS HOW ALL MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE. HANNAH is a GREAT asset to your team and should be recognized as such.
