This pharmacy is the worst. Always slow and rude. The pharmacist I've dealt with there is the worst offender of all. If you need something at Walgreens go go the one in Edwardsville instead.
Don’t come to their clinic if you have covid symptoms! My mom went here on October 31st and they sent her home with a 103F fever. She died.
I have had great service for years at this pharmacy!Everyone is friendly and efficient.The customer service is outstanding.
This location usually has everything that I need. My granddaughter likes to look at the make-up and for her, it has a good selection. The lines can get a little too busy and should have more people to check you out or a self check would be a great idea! Overall, when I am in the area and need something I will shop here.
Here’s a customer service tip- do not wait on 6 cars in the drive through as the come and go over a 10 min period, while 5 people have been actually standing in line before -waiting on one of your staff to pour and mix a solution for a customer at the counter.nTake the counter and drive through in the order they were there whether the “counter” is your responsibility that day or not.nThanks for considering this change for customer satisfaction- those 5 individuals waiting were not happy and not fairly considered.
