Great location right off I5. You will need to book in advance as it gets booked quickly
This is starting to get more run down by the day. Management does not have enough help to fix things around here. There are spots to rent but can't be rented due to bad water. Lots of caution tape around things that need to be fixed and lots of out of order signs. The park for kids is run down and needs tore down and new stuff put in its place. It would be a nice place if taken care of correctly.

This is more of a permanent residence park. Lots of full timers. If you are looking for a newer place, this place is not for you. These people are down to earth and love living simple. If you want fancy, then you might want to try somewhere else cause we don't have fancy. We have down to earth, easy camper living dwellers here that do not want to be judged. We are happy and friendly and welcoming. We sometimes have a full time spot come available but most of the time we have overnighter or weekend or temporary spots, and only a couple of those. We are like one big family and we like it that way...everyone knows everybody and we all look out for each other.
