Today I went to Customer Service to return a few things that didn't fit. The girl that waited on me was rude and very indifferent and the other girls looked like deer in headlights. . Everyone else is always very polite and friendly, I gave three stars, I was going to give one star based on my experience today but the other employees bumped it up to three stars. I should have looked at the girl's name badge and called in a complaint. Next time I'll do that.n(Also some people were not wearing mask, or wearing it below their nose,including employees, and honestly, what's the point of wearing one if you pull it away from your face when you talk to customers?)
Super helpful clerks. Item was not on the shelf so one went in back and found some right off the truck. Very nice.
Very rude staff now a days and feel like I'm being followed and judged for not BEING ABLE to wear a mask! I've started to wear one just so not to be judged or get attitude even tho the mask can kill me faster than any virus!
