I got my letterman jacket back in August in 2019 and an employee said that they would do everything, even the jacket. It took us a while to give them the patches and is was around December when we actually went back but once we did, they said they didn’t do patches. Not only that, but one patch that we ordered 5 months ago was somehow out of stock.nThe worst part was that they recommended a lady that could put on the patches but she was not a professional. She is a student at ISU. I decided she probably knows what she is doing because Dalbey’s recommended her but she waited the day she scheduled for us to meet to start suing and asked me how I wanted it. I had 6 patches in total. Three went on the arms and she did that fine (expect she asked me if I wanted it 02 or 20), one went on the front and that one is fine but I had two large Ps for the back. One was for my years in tennis and the other is because I’m an honors student and she put the Ps right beside one another so now my jacket looks ridiculous from the back. There is also a ton of loose threads and she did not ask me how I wanted the back at all and I paid her $50 dollars for this and I am very unhappy.nHow come this place recommend someone who has no idea what they are doing? Altogether. My mom and I paid over $250 for this and it’s ridiculous

I Had Ordered A Letterman Jacket For My Son was Supposed To Be A Christmas present on 12-08-17,bought a lot of extras to make the jacket look nice,was told it would take 4-6 weeks for the jacket to be completed,paid in full upon order of over 325.00,here it is almost march and still don't have the coat,NEVER 1 time did they call to keep me or my son updated, he had to call them just to get the run around,when all his friends got there coat within the 4-6 weeks,
