Private Campground, Annual rental fee starting at $1200.00, Plan to rv camp Alot to get your hard-earned dollors spent. ud83cudfd5 Four property owners to deal with. Not maintained the greatest. Floods Horribly. Gravel lots & roads. Private beach on a cove & Shower house, No laundry facility. I don't feel it is worth One Hundred a month, you pay all winter as well so basically an expensive storage for Nov-Apr. I highly suggest you look it up to view photos of flooding. Mostly Fun & Friendly 'Neighborhood'
Nice park with a bathhouse. Roads and sites are gravel. This is a new park so it is still being developed with sites being added and another loop in the future. This park seems to be geared towards wards leaving your camper there year round. The sites don’t have sewer but there is a dump site on property. Nice alternative to the state park and the COE parks nearby.
