Great place with amazing customer service! A couple of friends and I went last night around 8:30 and they were super busy. We ordered quite a bit of food, I got the fettuccine with creamy basil sauce and my friends got some wings and more pasta. Jeremy and Lucas, who were working up front, were so nice and brought out our food nice and hot with almost no wait. The breadsticks were also super fresh. Overall great experience, I will continue to come and eat here!
Last night I visited the council bluffs location and they were busy. The manager Jeremy apologized for the wait and told us our wings were being made fresh. We waited a little bit but it was worth the wait. The boy Lucas who took our order was very nice. Food was really good. My family and I will be back again.
We got here around 8. Had prompt service and fresh food. No wait time. We ate in the dining room. Very clean. Employees wore their masks. I felt comfortable there. Thank you!
Worst service I've experienced in a long time. We were not greeted but ignored by the counter girl who was to busy comparing to every other staff member about her schedule. When she did take our order she was very short and unfriendly. When asked about a menu item having chunks of tomato I. It she replies no and upon. Eating it it did. Never received the dessert we ordered and paid for. When we asked for a receipt because she never gave us one , she started digging in the trash!!! Until another girl walked up and said that she could print us a new one. All in all bad service. And the food wasn't really anything to right home about!!
First time to Fazolis in a long time. They did an amazing job in food quality and speed. Customer service is amazing here.nJen did an amazing job making sure we all taken care of! Definitely will be coming back to this location.
