Out of everything. Server tried to substitute beef from spicy dish for beef with broccoli. Said it's from the same cow. Told to look at menu, but out of much of what was listed. Not really interested in happy customers unless you'll quickly take whatever is offered.
Awful!!!! Service was so bad! They were so rude! I bought 2 big plate menu and 1 plate menu. For two big plate there were 3 entree 1 side. They said the side is noodle so you can’t buy something else.nFor plate menu my options were chicken and beef, I want less chicken more beef but, They said have to be proportional! And put more chicken less beef! So proportional?! If it’s a company strategy, have to change your strategy.
Over priced fast food! Not so friendly service. Why have indoor seating at all if you have only three tables for customers! Rice was crunchy, noodles bland, the one thing that is good are the vegetable spring rolls.
This evening I went through the drive thru. I really appreciated the genuine positivity of the two ladies who spoke to me there. I also really appreciated that each worker I saw was fully masked up. Food was fresh and very good, as it has been each time I've visited.nnThank you, ladies, for not just being polite, but for being genuine and positive. You made my day!
Absolutely terrible customer service!!! The server could not hear what we were saying so after raising my voice she asked me not to yell. I did not I simply raised my voice to help her understand what we were saying. After pulling up to the drive through she almost shut the window on my husbands hand when he handed her the card and practically threw the food at him. I asked to speak with the manager and she said after she realized how her employee was acting she took over. If she took over then her customer service was just as poor. Needless to say this was completely unacceptable and unresolved!
