My food was not ready till an hour after ordering, despite the app saying it would only take 20 minutes. It was just 1 pizza and some wings. I waited in the parking lot for over 30 minutes for them to bring it out, and they didn't try to make any sort of restitution. This isn't the first time something like this happened to us. The only reason I give 2 stars is because generally the pizza is good, even the customer service sucks.
I'm one of those people who doesn't like using websites or phone calls to order food, I am very happy with how polite the employees are. I went in, ordered my food, they gave me an accurate wait time, gassed up my truck, and picked up my pizza. My personal favorite pizza of theirs is the spinach feta.
During our time there all the tables were closed so there was no place to sit and wait. But the pizza was good and we did have to wait long

I arrive at this excellent place often since I enjoy the good air that is unique to this restaurant. The team is extraordianrillyremarkably friendly and well trained. The service is absolutely quick. Also, the food they prepare is good. I came more than once and I was always pleased. The rate is reasobable. I suggest this place to all my friends.
