Love our used 2012 Ford F150 truck we bought from them 2 years ago. Very disappointed when we returned this week to purchase a new battery for the trucknMy husband is in the truck with a catheter after having prostate surgery with no lifting restrictions and they wouldn't take 5 minutes to change out the battery for us. Where is the compassion during this difficult time?

Had a great experience at at bob boland Ford great customer service! We had a small issue with our van that we had purchased and we called Jordan and he took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this dealership and we will be coming back here to purchase our next vehicle!
