There’s a lot to be said about hometown hospitality in the south, it’s neighbor helping neighbor and we try to fix the problem.. and that’s just what you get when you go to the Shell station in Chatom Alabama, (hospitality and service). The staff is friendly and very helpful.nI have always bought gas at the Shell in Chatom, Alabama and I will continue to make it my go-to station when I’m there.nOn my last visit I encountered a problem with the gas pumps, the employees and Manager were quick to address the problem. The manager handled the issue very professionally. For good, friendly service, stop by the Shell Station in CHATOM, ALABAMA!
