We all have bad days, but this McDonald’s is consistently terrible. Tonight, I sat in the outside drive through lane while three cars ordered on the inside lane. When I finally got to place my order, I ordered a 6 piece nugget Happy Meal with fries, Coke, and bbq sauce. I also ordered a cheeseburger and two milk shakes. I pulled up to the window and the clerk told me it was $32. I disagreed and he swung his hair at me and indicated that there was a problem. We discussed my order for over a minute when finally he found the ticket. He mentioned that I had a happy meal with apple slices. I corrected him that it was fries. Of course, I ended up with apple slices. There was no bbq sauce even though it had been specifically ordered. He tried not to give me the Coke I had ordered. No napkins, no salt, no ketchup. The tiny serving of fries were cold and stale. The entire process from entering the drive through until leaving the parking lot took over 40 minutes.nnAll in all, this is fast food. If you work the window, you should be able to read a ticket and check an order. It’s not that hard.

Good for a quick bite but hardly EVER keeps milkshake, smoothie, nor ive cream machines working so don't waste time ordering any frozen treats whatsoever. Ok service

I placed a online order they didmt have what i wanted system wasnt updated fone but i wanted to change whole order i stated that got ready to leave and they charged me for the food i didn't want now im out the money amd have too much food that will go to waste

Went in to order and took nearly 20 mins to get our food. Didnt even order a lot. They served the order off their screen before the food was made and forgot about it. No apology or anything

Just watched an employee walk out of the bathroom stall and not wash his hands and go straight to put in fries in somebody's meal... and I was about to feed my child this nasty mess from this place
