Bertiles is usually fantastic. Great quality. But recently it has been quite low. Not enough to complain about, but noticeable. However just now, it has hit rock bottom. The burger bun was hard as a rock and the meat cold. No big deal. Can heat the meat up, and occasionally you're just going to get a hard bun. Just bad luck. However the napkins they gave to us were used and had lipstick on them. Disgusting. Makes you question the cleanliness of everything!
Their cheeseburgers are out of this world now they're a breakfast I got the biscuits and gravy platter I thought platter meant more than just a biscuit opened with very little gravy on top and don't ask what comes with the platter they don't like you asking questions but I'm sorry I'm not from here I'm here seeing my niece and for $7 I thought it would be more than just a biscuit with a little bit of gravy on it
Great fresh food, real ground beef on their burgers......nService is mostly great.
Big one combo with a sprite is the regular but great service and southern hospitality.
I've never tried chili on a burger before and had to try it. I was pleasantly surprised!
