Pulled up to drive thru this morning on Alabama Street and was greeted by a young man named Byron Brooks! For the first time in a very long time I could understand the person who took my order. This young man was friendly, courteous, worked with speed, excellent example of a great employee...he is worthy of praise. I told him to never change! Very refreshing, excellent food and service with a smile...he deserves praise from Hardee’s top people. If for some reason you have not been to this location...try it. Go Byron, wish you much success with Hardee’s or wherever you go!

Byron is THE BEST!!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME THERE AND HE IS AT THE WINDOW. I AM ALWAYS PLEASED. HE NEED TO BE ADVANCED TO MANAGEMENT. THANK YOU BYRON U ROCK!!!

Just a horrible drive through experience. Food was good but when I pulled up to the window they were blasting n word rap music. Employees were cursing up a storm about other customers coming through. I’m sure the manager was involved with these conversations. I come here for good food and service and all I got was trying to muffle my kids ears from the awful experience.

That Monster burger is where it's at so good so big I had to eat it in sections and for once I went somewhere and got HOT fries and a coke worth drinking and the drinking drive thru was fast and efficient nice worker very pleasant
