Ok new company maybe but not a very good one they are now 7 days late to pick up everyone's garbage called them 4 days ago after waiting 15 minutes on hold they said they would come pick it up guess what still no pickup but i bet trash prices will go up just so we can get very BAD Service

The men whom pick up my trash broke the lid in January and I called and complained about the situation and I was on hold for roughly an hour and then opted for a call back but it only rang once and they hung up. I have gone three weeks without service but when I recently talked to a representative they stated that I called and canceled my services but I never did. It is now March and I still don't have a replacement can which was promised to me back in January and for the past three weeks they have passed by my can which is on the curve and have not picked up my trash.

Did not get my bill by mail or email. Picked up my trash can. Paid all of our bill when we found out. Called 4 times to get a trash can again and it has been 3 weeks. Every time I call they tell me they see no order for a trash can and have to order it again. Spoke to one manager who was very indifferent. Called again yesterday and they said they put the notes in the system. I asked to speak to manager and they said they would have someone call and no one has called me and it’s the next day. Terrible service.

I have tried for over 6 weeks so far to get a trash can and paid 3 months in advance. I was promised first pick up would be 3 weeks after I paid. Now 6 weeks later I still do not have a can. When I call they say an order has been placed for a can. I am almost 2 months into the 3 months I paid and do not even have a can. Piss poor company and piss poor service.

I have been waiting on a replacement can and a second can for 3 months. I call every week and get the same answer over and over. They clearly don’t know what customer service is.nnCan I give them a one star?!
