Unfortunately, the burgers were tasteless and cold. The cheese was not melted, added on at the last minute!!! We were very disappointed to say least!!! Its always the same story with Krystal!!! White Castles would be nice here in Auburn!!!nnThank you for responding! I will most definitely follow through with what you're suggesting. However please follow up and respond to what changes will be made to improve the quality of your product and service thank you so much. It's nice to have an alternative to the burgers that we have here in Auburn. They are delicious but sometimes we just want that White Castle vibe!!! Food served hot steamed buns melted cheese! And also we sat in line for a ridiculous amount of time for 7 cold burgers.
The reason that I am giving a four star review is because their fries have no salt on them ever. And their burgers or Cheese crystal burger or just cheese Crystal they put too much onions on there too much on you and I’m not a fan of onions but once you takeoff all the onions which will take you about 30 minutes so it’s good I’m eating the fries right now while I’m writing this for real I got a little cold but ait
If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely the slowest place to get food from in Auburn! I have been sitting here waiting the whole time I have been writing this.
It was pleasant, the service was acceptable. I just think they should have more than two people working.
Today I had to wait .....but this time the wait was different. I actually received my food HOT instead of warm!!!
