Had to be the worst Cheesesteak & service I have ever had from a Charleys Philly Steak Chain... The lady taking my order had her elbow on the register, holding her head up while taking my order, my stake was burnt and greasynWish I would have seen the reviews before walking over to this place...
Poor customer service after waiting to order I just left sitting waiting to order while 5 to 6 staff members goofing off upstate is better

The best jalapeño philly cheese steak I have ever had the steak had a ton of flavor and the loaded fries was amazing I cant wait to come back.
