I have lived here for little over a week so far by myself , I looked into this mainly because I work at Jeffers Pet Supply as a warehouse worker and very close distance to my job. It is a very well maintained Mobile Park Home. I'm very glad that I decided to try it here. Ms Kim is a very sweet and fair lady as the landlord and I wouldn't want it any other way. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to call home , would give her a call in a heart beat. 5/5 Stars.
Very nice and quiet place to live. Kim was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend Pointe South.
I needed a month to month rental due to moving from out of state and Kim was fantastic!!! The entire process was smooth and stress free. The homes are clean and the entire community is well maintained. Nice, quiet place to live!!!
