Lots of crime and crime. Strange things happen at night
Been dedicated rent payers for 9 years now and our hot water heater is messing up our bedroom window is leaking our roof is leaking and the duct work needs to be checked out. We told them a month ago and still no visit from them to check it out. My husband went and asked Cathy when someone was gonna come check it out and she told him that they've been busy trying to get trailers ready so people can move in. Well I guess it's about them making more money instead of trying to keep a good renter especially when black mold is involved!
A dump lott they rent out for people to live in.
The landlord will say she's sending people out to fix things but no one come for like 3 months. No one wants to take care of the unruly tenants except for the cops. One day she's going to keep letting those kind of people stay after a incident has happened that they're going to retaliate against people
My uncle lived here when I was younger and now I reside there with roommates. It gets a bad reputation but only from people who haven't actually lived there. It's safe and quiet. Very affordable.
