Jacks is one of my favorite fast food restaurants to eat at, would give 5 stars but I'm petty and can't get over them changing their slaw recipe.
I love Jack's, but I will say that I do get frustrated often by the one I frequent which is in Henagar, AL. They have left food out of my order on multiple occasions, they don't listen to my order when I ask for extra gravy and sometimes the fries are cold. This visit in particular I searched my bag before leaving and they had forgotten an order of fries completely and also didn't give me the extra gravy I ordered either. Luckily they fixed it before we left, but had I not checked the bag before pulling away then I wouldn't have known until I got home. I've called and complained about these issues on several occasions and the manager always apologizes and says that they will work on those issues but so far I've seen no prrof that they are making changes to fix these issues as I continue to have problems when I go there.
friendly service, could be more efficient but its food when you're not in a rush.
It was really good. Best burger in a while. But my fries weren't hot.
