Service was very polite. Had to ask for coffee refills, but very pleasant. Food was good, had to ask for some of the toppings after they didn't show up with the food, but no worries. Location was clean. AC must have been on, it was about 57* in the restaurant. If ever in the area again I would definitely return.
This store has the friendliest workers I've encountered anywhere. Food was excellent and even though they were very busy , they kept our coffee cups topped off. Definitely the right place to stop if you are in the area.
Stopped here on the way back from Chattanooga. I ordered something as simple as hash browns. I am lactose intolerant so as always I ordered it the exact same way.nnScattered, Smothered, Chunked, Peppered, Capped, Topped.nnThey gave me a plate of hash browns with American cheese slices on it.nnCome on waffle house. This is literally one of your signature dishes.nYou can do better.nnMy poor wife had to walk back across the street in traffic and go back in and risk covid infection.nnWe ordered it to go because my wife is a research scientist that is not allowed to be around groups of people or she gets quarantined at work and can't do her job.nnNow our road trip is an hour behind schedule and I am sitting here still hungry.nnMy reviews are fair. I just call it like I see it.nWaffle house should be able to do hash browns.

Absolutely perfect!! I travel all over the country and this location is, by far, the best one. Food cooked perfect and timely, service was very on par and all the staff were friendly. Somebody runs a tight ship.. .
