The food was excellent, the service was better. You can tell they did have new staff, but the manager was out helping just as much as them. He was very patient and kind, helping teach them, and still running things fairly smooth.
Placed a order on the app and it said it would be ready at 1815. I arrived at 1820 and my order was not there, I asked at the counter they said they just printed it out it would be ready in a minute. I waited 40 minutes before asking if I should just get in line to get my food. They again said no, it would be ready in just a minute. I waited another 15 minutes before they called my name. When I got home my order ended up being wrong. Customer service was very disappointing. I get being short staffed and busy but it seems they should have better organization with orders.
Love Moe's! Staff was very friendly and seem to all be happy to be working and getting out some delicious food. Oxford Moe's is awesome!
Do not order online... they get the order wrong and items are missing. Food is okay, could be better.
I am BEYOND upset. This place charged us over 200 DOLLARS when our meals weren’t even over $20. Please teach your workers how to work a register. NEVER going there again.
