LOVE LOVE LOVE Zaxby's. One of my absolute most favorite places to eat!! Do yourself a favor and download the app! Makes life a lot easier when you can order online and it will be ready at a certain time. You can either go through the drive thru or walk in and sit down and eat. I've never had a bad experience from this store and thoroughly enjoy how fresh and delicious the chicken is when I order from here!!

I used to love going to this particular zaxbys. They staff used be really nice and food was amazing. Now the staff seems to have an attitude. The chicken wings are not as soft as they used to be. Like my last meal I was considering if I even had chicken wings. The lady also even made a mistake on my order. It almost toke her 10 minutes to get my refund from the manager. Also, the drink machine didn’t have almost any drinks.

Honestly, the taste of the chicken is fine, but if I’m ordering a “Five Piece” chicken plate that comes with pieces of chicken no longer than my thumb, it’s not worth the $10 for overpriced fast food. Their largest competitor, Chick-fil-A, will supplement chicken if the count is right, but it’s lacking an appropriate amount of content. Zaxby’s could stand to learn from them.

Food was fresh and hot when we recieved it. They had told us they where cooking fresh so they give us good food but forgot napkins, forks, even barely filled our drinks 3/4 full.. and with all the ice the drinks got drank up fast..
