the manager deedrah (I think that’s how you spell it) is absolutely wonderful! very pleasant, sweet, and immaculate customer service!! pizza is always delicious and not too long of a wait!! great establishment and have never had any rude service provided! this is why we love papa johns!!
Pizza took almost two hours to get from placing order to delivery. Was told it would be 30 minutes. Called to check on my order twice and was put on hold about 10 minutes both times. Then they just stopped answering the phone altogether. Employee answering phone disconnected me twice during the ordering process. Had to give her payment information ALL over again because of disconnection. Too much trouble and hassle for a mediocre pizza.
Food and service were both great!
On the door it says must wear mask. Not one staff had mask on.nFood not bad.
Great place to work, management works really hard to keep things running smoothly. Some of the freshest ingredients you will get from a pizza place, and as an employee both present and past, I give my thumbs up!
