Great gym full of really nice people who want you to succeed. Whether you are already super fit or crazy unfit, they will show you the path to fitness no matter your starting point. They teach, scale, help, and push you. You won't regret joining.
The best decsion I ever made was joining the SmartFIT 24/7 family. The classes are so much fun. The trainers are supportive and encouraging. My husband, daughter, and I have worked hard and along with proper nutrition we are all seeing amazing results. Don't wait, stop by today and you won't be disappointed.
This place is where you get hard work done and accomplish many things you thought were never possible! Kristie is a great leader and will help you achieve your fitness goal no matter the level you are at. The classes are a great way to get the personal trainer you have always wanted ,make new friends , and be held accountable . Kristie goes above and beyond to help you lose weight without losing muscle or toning up the muscle you already have .This is an excellent choice for changing your life for the better!
My husband and I joined 6 months ago and we have never enjoyed and stuck with a work out program like we have here! The atmosphere is fun and encouraging. We have made wonderful friends and the trainers are so helpful. I would definitely recommend this gym.
