Nichols Nook is owned by the sweetest couple ever to walk the Earth! When I grow up I hope to be as sweet as them! The Nook pretty much looks like it is straight off a movie set it is so quaint and adorable. It is warm and inviting the moment you walk in the door. Great little spot to pick up a small gift, coffee or big topped muffin.

We only stopped for a quick cup while on the road, but we were blown away! This place is the definition of Southern charm. They were under renovation, but even the regular drip coffee was phenomenal. Charlotte was so sweet, even gave us some free pound cake for the road, and invited us back whenever we head back home.

I have only wonderful things to say about this cute place. They have created such a warm and inviting little “nook,” and it just makes me want to stay for hours. They offer coffee and other small treats, and I believe they’re in the process of expanding their options with food. I really look forward to seeing what they do with the place! The courtyard area is so perfect to visit when the weather is nice outside. I can’t wait to come back!

A respite for tired and weary souls. This coffee and tea house is welcoming and as cute as a button. Amazing staff, a must visit if you find yourself in or near Springville.

I like to support local businesses when I can. The concept sounded nice and we had high hopes. The owners were very nice and eager to please. Cushy comfy furniture surrounded by books. Coffee with homemade treats. Sad tonsay, we left disappointed. Problems? I guessnyou would say it is a book store but the selection is small and is there (it seemed to me) almost as part of the decor. The coffee was nothing special- nothing I couldn't make at home. No espresso... No lattes, etc. The treats were the highlight but not enough of a pull to make me make a special stop. I'm truly sorry you guys- I wish you the best- but I need a reason to stop in over and over.
