Very cozy cottage just like the sign inside says. Everything you need in a cabin, so much better than staying in a hotel room. Full kitchen, fire pit, picnic table, and beautiful view of the river. Very clean and Penny was so helpful with all my questions. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the river!
It's been an awesome place to stay while being out of town working comfortable and spacious would love to come back and stay for fun
We stayed here 6 nights while attending a family reunion and touring the countryside. This is a laid-back family owned business. The campgrounds is right beside the river for fishing or just the calming sounds of flowing water. There were full hookups for RV's and 3 cabins for rent. The owner showed us the cabins which had all the comforts of home. They also have pretty decent WiFi The price for our site was very reasonable and they even provided the firewood! The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because if you had young children, there was no playground for them. I would make it a 4 1/2 star review if I could.
Nice... Clean.... Quiet... Peaceful....Great view of the night sky sitting by the river with a fire.... Enough said...
Enjoyed our stay at the Cowger’s Riverside Campground and Cabins during the Bergoo Bash. We stayed in our camper with complete hook up of water, sewage and electric. It was nice and quiet and we could ride our side by sides to the bash. It took about 15 minutes to get to the backfield, but with all the scenery it felt like a few minutes. There was a Getgo, RiteAid very close if you needed anything We definitely will stay again!!!!! Tom Gump and Susan Sellers Morgantown, Wv
