I've been coming here since I was a kid. Beautiful park and secluded place. Frisbee golfer are kinda every where now but still a great place to get away in the city.
Really neat park, cool folf course, lots of transients so beware at night.
I love playing disc golf here its convenient to get to right off of I5.nI've read a few of the past reviews and people have mentioned the homeless problem I believe the county has taken care of that problem, yes I saw a couple of homeless people but its nothing like what I've read in other people's reviews I think that they should try coming back and checking out this park again.nAll the people I've interacted with have always been nice and friendly.nNow back to the disc golf course even though it does not have 18 holes it's still a great course to play. If your a disc golfer you'll like playing here even if you're a newbie.
Leverich 25+ years ago as a kid was a great park. It was huge with a nature feel as well as nice green grassy areas. Lots to do and lots of other families taking advantage of the parks perks. Fast forward to this day on our year of Covid. You see a park that looks as if it was the virus. Its run down it's not well maintained at all. A whole new element runs through Leverich all day. Don't visit Leverich at night, especially alone. Criminal element is high these days. Dealers use it as a meet, and others use it to use. The unfortunate nature of homelessness has found Leverich and calls it home. So for what it once was to today it's been a change in the negative for this once great Vancouver park. I'm not saying you can't bring your family here, you can. Just do it earlier and expect to see something you might not want to. Bright spot however is it's Disk golf course. It's used quite often and this park being where it is. Means just a quick trip from any point to go enjoy a round.
Disc Golf Love. Hole in one! Thanks you for my 1st one!!
